Product Properties

25 cm plastic modules, steel studs are interested into channels in the modules and connected and mounting is completed with plastic nuts in fixing profile channels. Using the channels located in four corners of fixing, fence could have 360 degrees of direction. The implementation enables the fence to be turned in four directions. Plastic fences are attached using galvanized aluminium fixing profile, steel, and smart nuts. Aluminium fixings are mounting to hard surface using aluminium cast bases. 10 cm galvanized steel dowels are used when the aluminium cast base is mounted on the surface. 20*100 aluminium profile is mounted on fixing profile. Ramps with 30 degrees of slope and 40*40 iron profiles forms the structure. Using smart screws, panel, mattress, and shingling is mounted on the iron profile. Triphone steel dowel bolts used in mounting the aluminium cast base to the hard surface are covered with plastic covers.

Technical Details

MOUDULE 1A: Plastic oval module. Fences produced as 25 cm bodies with injection method using high density, polyethylene (PE) with addition of flame retarding and colourfastness chemicals. These fences are passed through steel stud channels to achieve 1 meter or desired spacing. Thickness 16.1mm, width 250 mm, height 484mm and weight 850 gr.
MODULE 1B: Plastic Straight module. Fences produced as 25 cm bodies with injection method using high density, polyethylene (PE) with addition of flame retarding and colourfastness chemicals. These fences are passed through steel stud channels to achieve 1 meter or desired spacing. Thickness 16.8mm, width 250 mm, height 470mm and weight 802 gr.
MODULE 5: Aluminium cast base is manufactured from aluminium and painted with static powder paint in oven. Since it has holes on it, the fence is fixed to the ground with appropriate spacing. Base width 103.6*103.6 mm, height 55 mm and weight 335gr, 4 outer nut hole and 4 inner nut hole.
MODULE 6: Fixing profile is manufactured from aluminium and painted with static powder paint in the oven. It is mounted to fixing base and concreate surface and the fence and pergola roof parts are mounted. Diameter 68.4mm, length 2500 mm and weight 3250gr/mt.
MODULE 16: Top Connection profile 40mm*40mm is manufactured from aluminium and painted with static powder paint in the oven. It forms the structure of pergola. Mounting is made after calculations according to size of pergola. Plastic fences are used for connecting the aluminium profile fixing on the top and giving robustness to the pergola.
MODULE 18: Upper Roof Coating
The size of panels mounted in Module 20 is 1,5X14X400 cm’dir. 2. It is produced from pine wood. After the mounting, it is varnished using 1st class yacht varnish to prevent rotting and worms. Pergola is protected from the effects of rain, snow and sun with the shingling.
MODULE 19: Upper Roof Coating
Shingling is floored on the Module 18 protects the inner part of pergola from the effects of rain, snow and sun. To protect the panels under shingling from the effects of rain, snow and sun a mattress is used.
MODULE 20: Top Grid profile 40mm*40mm is manufactured from aluminium and painted with static powder paint in the oven. It forms the structure of pergola. Mounting is made after calculations according to size of pergola. It provides an aesthetic look to the pergola and increases robustness. MODULE 21: Dovecot is mounted to the roof part of the pergola. It is used for illumination and ventilation of the pergola. A second roof look is provided for more aesthetic look.
